My first impression of Angela was gained 19 years ago when I moved to Cairns with my family, an we were considering buying a house. We had undertaken numerous house inspections and were simply tired of real estates, their agents and decided to buy land and build instead.
One day, by chance we noticed an open home in Park Ridge and decided to inspect the house hoping to gain some ideas that may inspire our building project. Through the 'by chance' impromptu visit, I was given the opportunity to meet Angela.
We were very impressed with Angela, she was very dignified, softly spoken and her integrity was evident, and so too was her passion to represent her client, whilst at the same time she was genuinely interested in the buyer's needs. Having just been through the run of the mill real estate experiences, we found Angela to be very unique and so brilliantly different.
Angela made such an impression on me, I found myself eagerly following her career and success throughout the following years here in Cairns.
Sadly for us, a time came when we needed to sell our beloved family home, and there was no contemplation needed, we simply called Angela Capitanio, it did not even concern us which Real - estate Angela was associated with, we simply wanted her to sell our home.
Angela Capitanio lived up to every facet of our expectations and the perceptions we had of her attributes and abilities. Angela communicated with us in person constantly throughout the process of selling our house, she cared deeply for us and went beyond the realms of her responsibility to assure our home was marketed and displayed in the best possible way. Angela diligently followed every sale lead, and patiently made herself available to us at any time of day, 7days a week. Her efforts were indefatigable in assuring we were able to obtain the best sale price in such a depleted market when the economy was taking a beating.
Angela made the sale of our home seem so easy when really times were hard, and I was suffering ill health which made most things unbearable for me. We hold her in such high esteem and feel truly grateful for everything she has done for us; Angela will always remain a very special person in my life.
